The member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal constituency (Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe), aspirant for the just concluded PDP Senate primaries to represent Cross River Northern Senatorial District is dragging the PDP National Working Committee under the leadership of its chairman Uche Secondous to a Federal High Court sitting is Port Harcourt. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe who expressed displeasure over the outcome of the primaries over the primaries inconsistencies which resulted to violence and two deaths with many injured and authentic restrained from participating is seeking redress. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe is seeking redress through the Federal High Court sitting in PortHarcourt as to Issue Interim Injunction Restraining PDP From Submitting Any Name Other Than The Name Of Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom The Winner Of The Sept. 5th Primaries, To The INEC The Court Also Restrained INEC From Accepting Any Name Other Than That Of Rt. Hon.
